Inspiration, Intention, Action 10/19 - The ADHD Project Newsletter

Living with ADHD, we often find ourselves dancing to the tune of our ever-shifting interests. It's part of what makes us unique, but it can also become a double-edged sword. While it's thrilling to follow the ebb and flow of curiosity, it can sometimes sweep us away from our goals, stalling our progress towards the life we truly desire.

Setting the Course with Intention:

It's not easy to consistently rein in our focus and redirect our thoughts. But to get where we aspire to be, it takes commitment and intention. We must make our desires clear and set our goals, reflecting on what genuinely matters to us and intentionally deciding the path our lives should take.

A Guide Among a Multitude of Distractions:

We need to make our intentions clear and known, spend some time reflecting on what's most important to us, and deciding INTENTIONALLY which direction we want our lives to go. Once we've established these intentions, they become our guiding light, our North Star. It's tough to redirect our focus without a destination in mind, something to redirect it TO. By establishing clear intentions for both the short and long term, we provide ourselves with the focus and direction we need to truly thrive.

Embrace the Journey:

Remember, intention is your compass in this journey. Embrace change, challenge conventions, and define success on your terms. If you're seeking tools to aid you in this endeavor, The ADHD Project offers resources and support that can be valuable companions along the way.

Stay intentional, and continue to pursue a life that resonates with your heart.
